A customer brought this monitor into our shop a few weeks back, the screen was cracked and therefore not turning on at all.
We took the monitor out of their hands, ordered a new screen for it, had the screen fitted as soon as we had the parts, we handed it back to them a day later in perfect condition. The customer was amazed how quickly we fixed and thanked us for the excellent service she recieved during her time with us.
Very recently a customer came into the shop with her apple laptop. She said her laptop was crashing everytime she opened up any softwares. We took on the challenge of diagnosing and fixing the problem. Which we did, a tiny component in the processor had been overheating causing it to crash. we fixed this for her and had it back to her a day later. She was over the moon we had fixed it so quickly. She said if she had anymore tech related issues that she will be 100% coming back to us after her experience.
Many customers bring in broken phones and tablets all the time but this case was another level. This ipad's screen was completely destroyed so we had a lot of work to do to fix it. One of our expert engineers sourced a new screen and motherboard to replace the ruined parts then fitted them as soon as we got our hands on them so we could get the customers product back to them as soon as possible. When we did hand the Ipad back the customer was in disbelief of how quickly we were able to source replace and fix the broken parts.
