This is allan, Fix-It's Head  technichal engineer. He focuses on managing the shop and works on some of the trickier products to fix that get brought into our shop due to his extensive knowledge in computer hardware. He manages and overlooks everthing in the shop

This is Sandra. Sandra specialises in the Tech stock market making sure all our prices that we sell our products at are accurate of the time so no customer ever comes away having been ripped off. She also works on some faulty hardware if other engineers are busy.

This is Pablo. Pablo is our main tech support engineer. He's very passionate about tech support as he has been doing it since 3 years old. If a customer comes into the shop with a product not working  nine out of ten times they will be met by Pablo to help diagnose and fix the problem

This is Josh. Josh works on building and selling Fix-it's Custom PCs. He knows everything about each component and cares for them like his own child. Fun fact: Josh built his first PC when he was just six years old and has been doing it ever since.
